Tracking Users
I’m fascinated by all of the news on tracking and privacy and user experience. I’ll admit to using technology and tools to help my clients get closer to delivering “exact solutions” to their customers and prospects, but as I use these tools I’m hyper-aware of what could happen when these tools fall into the “wrong hands”.
That led me to this video from the GEL Conference in 2013. April of this year.
